I avoid skar simply because they advertise to an annoying degree. I can't search for anything car audio without seeing a sponsored skar ad.

I’m not arguing with you that they use some parts from China. There are parts that you cannot get here in the US and have to get them elsewhere. That is pretty simple math

I feel the same about Red Robin. When testing out Pandora radio, their ads would surprise attack loud AF. Not cool when bumping on a sunny afternoon in traffic. Now that chain has disappeared from my perception.
