Yeah, the labor and box are probably about 1 grand. The audio equipment is around 4.

OMG! How much is that head unit? Sounds like way too much money to spend. You can have you a very nice setup for 2 grand and save money in the install. I will say your setup that you have listed should sound good! People on here can help you save alot of money if you are willing to be patient. Do your self a favor and ask for help here. For $5k, installed. You can find a MUCH MUCH better system.

Rainbow Speakers, ARC Audio or Zapco Amps, Stereo Integrity Subwoofers (Mag), Kicker/Knukonceptz Wiring, Second Skin Deadening, Eclipse Source Unit.

Shit, give me your $5k and Ill build you a system that will blow the shit out of that one.
