They are absolute beasts... Need alot of power, but will get very loud and have pretty decent SQ for being more SPL oriented than the average TC woofer.

Why is that?? I'm guessing that you are considering purchasing one or a pair for a future setup.

What kind of setup will you be running them with?? Power, goals for system, etc

no i have a pair. but was deciding on selling them or keeping them but i'm slowly changing my mind and wanting to keep them but i want people to tell me more on why i should keep them so it convinces me to keep them haha. i love them but just i need more people saying yeah you should keep them

and what i wanted to do with these is wall it off. i want something that is great for daily but shuts out everyone on the street...which is why i bought them. finally i have money to complete everything coming in the future so i just need suggestions on a final setup

These subs are sick.

I have 2 18s in my eclipse.

Bassracing a 149.9 and doing 151.7 on the TL.

They take my 4 saz 2000ds and seems like they can still take

more lol.

Any vids of your setup?? Sounds like a pretty nasty daily setup in that small of a car, reminds me of SSaudios setup.

Btw to the op - How much power are you running??

If i were you i wouldn't get rid of them, for the most part they can compete head to head w/ basically any sub made. They have more SQ than most other high power woofers and have huge amounts of output potential.

Well I only have them hooked up to one 3000d for the time being but I need help planning everything out to get the full power out of them

You could definitely run an SAZ-3000D to each one daily, I've seen them handle 4k daily with no problems in the past.

What do u need help with exactly??

Hah yeah it's on YouTube channel and ss audios lol.

My channel is same as my username.

Actually ss audio is the one who did the build.

I bought his old bass race box and subs and batteries and made it out to only one show.

We are going to do a rebuild this fall.

Make a better box.

Upgrade to 16v.

Use 2 saz4500s wired to .35 ohms.

Sealing the sunroof.

Should be nasty.

Btls yes are loud but these woofers have the cooling and a 4" voice coil.

I went from btls to 5200s and I will never go back

dds woofers are basically just for spl.

Ever listen to them?

They don't sound good at all for daily driving
