Though of running power wire

i was wondering if i should have 1 run of 1/0 gauge or run the 1/0 gauge with 4 gauge also. i was planning to have the 1/0 gauge for just my SAZ-1500D and the 4 gauge for my SAX-100.4

One run of 1/0 will be plenty for those 2 amps. If you ever exceed more than 300A of current draw, you would be better off running one larger 4/0 instead of separate wires for each amp. It will take less time to run and will cost less in general. Not to mention you will have much more capacity than a 1/0 + 4 awg.
