it did mid 47s if i recall correct. he hung right in there up against a blazer with 4 18s in

Impressive from a pair of 10's and sad to hear about the amp. Im sure once he got a feel for the amp and tested more he could be in the 49's. What was he bassracing with the Atomic 5k at .5??

ive done it against guys running 5 w7 13.5's and 24 12" cvr's

Well what can I say what a weekend. LMAO

So off to North Tonawanda to join everyone at the competitor party and watch some ufc. I talk to my good friend Erie and get a borrowed deck for the show. LOL

Sunday a.m. I'm in the dash wiring up deck and breaking out clamps and flukes with the help of Paul and we start testing.

First round of tests

clamped 7300+ with nominal imp 2 ohm box rise to 4ohm 13.8v input Nice!

Down side..... My car sits around 14.8-15.2v with car running....amp shuts off at 14.7v

So I have to run with car off

so if it protects above a certain 'standard' voltage, and probably barfs up magic smoke at low voltage since your vehicle has to be off, what is the point of you using this amp? I'm just playing devils advocate, I enjoy your time telling us what happened.

So bam off to a good start a lil low 144 but wtf I'm having fun and these guys were wailing!

He starts catching me and I'm slowly edging up the volume one click at a time....this is the first time i got to really run it.... 5 secs left I hear a funny noise look back and its the surround came off the cone...I shut her down watch my score plummet and ended up



This was done with 48hz song and I currently peak at 45 so not to bad for the first real run.

This is a new amp and still in developement. Things are being learned and applied daily

Not everyones vehicle will drive down the road with 15.2v showing at the amp. LOL and believe I dont drop below 12.2 after or during a run. Standing voltage is usually 13.8-14.0

With everything on driving down the road car stays at 15.2v

So I'm pretty stoked to say the least

I get in the lane for the elimination round



13.8v Dialed deck in paused it turned amp on....

Afterwards I put in the Atomic 5k and did plenty of demos:viking2:

As always the DC's were taking a beating and I wasnt giving in:laugh:

Every other demo I was glueing the surround back down...didnt give time to cure had to do demos and I was taking my frustrations out on my LiL Fawking MonsterS.
