Ok, I'm currently looking at a box 24'' long by 15'' high by 20'' deep (external) 3/4'' material with an L shaped slot port 13.5'' high x 5'' wide by 46'' long.

It's tuned to 40hz using conventional calculations but the 1/4 wave effect of the long port will let it play a lot lower than that, pm me if you want more details or if the external box dimentions need fiddling with (for fitting).
