Ridiculousness......is that ports to drivers side?Did u find that to be best in trunk car,sub forward ports drivers side?

In the vid, it's sub passenger, port driver. i think they just get more efficient the more you pound on them.

Lol. I find that they are very prone to clipping. I had a Powerbass 3000D that would clip very badly. Then I got my MA HK4000D and I don't notice any decrease in loudness, but what surprised me is that I don't get stinky coil any more.

How upgraded is your electrical system?

When I did the vid, stock 90A alt, D34 Yellow Top under hood. Now I have an extra Alpha 165 in the trunk, which helped out IMMENSELY!

Haven't tried the kick since MECA's new rules. Right now I'm getting a 147.2 at the head, so it'll be safe to say I'll do 150's in the kick either off the bat, or with a little box work.

They use a stand to hold the mic in the reality position.

Im gonna be getting one of these HD315 soon along with a HIFONICS BXi-2006D to power it.

I see that you recommend a 4.5 cube box tuned to 40hz...

Is yours just a simple slot port or do you have a different design.

I hope my car can hit close to as good as your, it a 1991 volvo 940 turbo....

its gonna be placed in the trunk, i have a small opening in the rear bench and 6x9 cutouts on the top rear deck( speakers removed)

Whats the best way to get bass into my cabin?

also keeping the port on the same plane, which way is the best to fire the sub, forward, back or up?

only way to know is to test, test, and test and play around with the positions of the box until you find your liking.
