Pioneer, i would be mad too if my package came in the same way u got yours. You cant go around blaming people though. You'd Spoke to alxmlr789 and it seems like he is more than happy to help resolve the situation but it does take time, u cant expect for things to get fixed with a angry tone of voice or words. To be honest, shit happens, im sure alxmlr789 is helping u as much as he can. It is frustrating, u cant do nothing but be patient. Heres what i would do, call FedEx and possibly file a claim, follow up with them constantly, if its not an error on their part, talk to alxmlr789 and see wat u guys can work out. I hope that u get things straightend out but it will just make things worse if u try to argue or be rude about everything.
