this is the way Fi packages their subs right?

i have received 17 subs from fi 8 ssd 15's and 9 modded q 15's and they never contained any peanuts just foam on the bottom by magnet and at the top near the surround, they have never even been slightly damaged, my solo x 18 came in a carboard box, i was more disspointed with the kickers choice of package,

This is how my Fi BTL 18's arrived from the factory.

There is 1/2 plywood on the bottom with a piece of foam under the magnet,and there was a 1/2 piece of plywood on the top as well.All 6 of my boxes came intact.

Pioneer, i would be mad too if my package came in the same way u got yours. You cant go around blaming people though. You'd Spoke to alxmlr789 and it seems like he is more than happy to help resolve the situation but it does take time, u cant expect for things to get fixed with a angry tone of voice or words. To be honest, shit happens, im sure alxmlr789 is helping u as much as he can. It is frustrating, u cant do nothing but be patient. Heres what i would do, call FedEx and possibly file a claim, follow up with them constantly, if its not an error on their part, talk to alxmlr789 and see wat u guys can work out. I hope that u get things straightend out but it will just make things worse if u try to argue or be rude about everything.

Sorry for the confunsion, Fi does NOT add peanuts in their packing.

The way i have received BOTH of my Q's, and my BL, was a piece of foam supporting the motor, and four pieces of foam surround the top part of the sub. BTL's are a little different, and require much heavier shipping packing (due to their wheight).

When i shipped the sub out, i put a piece of foam on the bottom of the box, then a piece of styrafoam on top of that. 4 pieces of styrafoam surrounding the sub. THAT is what i meant by Fi ships their pacakges that way. Just to clear that up.

Now the peanuts are another story, i added half a bag on the top of the sub (cone) and that is all.

There looks to be a million packing peanuts in there, so it must have been opened some how.
