Im wondering where on earth all the tape came from.. I doubled up the top + sides+bottom.. that thing looks like it is wrapped in tape

I'm guessing you used Fed Ex (eek my job), just raise a stink w/ them an they'll bend. Try an be polite though, you'll get what u want easier, but b firm.

Thats a shame it was shipped like that thought. With a magnet like that, prolly got stuck to one of the metal chutes, and another thousand packages slammed into it.

I do repacks myself, but I'm vurrry curful. I try to treat things as if they was mine own.

The tape is the quick way to fix it fyi.

Alot of packages are crammed into that time frame of like 4-5 hours. 23,000 packages are moved roughly in that time, sometimes more.

Time is of the essence there, but thats no excuse for that.

Ok new pics coming after I get out of saw 4. Pics of new date with paper and name and date by broken sub. Like I wud have same sub in 04 with the blue basket and triple xxx soft parts or whatever softparts they are. We jst put new bats in the cameraresetting the date. New pics of fi shiping to alxmlr shipping. New damage pics and also pics of the "great" foam packaging.

My last box from Fed Ex was worse then that.

If it wasn't metal battery terminals my stuff would have been fux0r3d.

the box was square and came to me kind of shaped like a trapezoid, the product mags in it were bent up enough it was had to open the book

I recieve alot of product at work and when a box looks like that, and the cardboard is as pliable and soft as fabric, it was misstreated in shipping

I can kinda see both your sides. Id be pretty pissed to if I was pioneer seems like a beautiful sub and it is just a shame it arrived the way it did.

I used to work at fedex ground (rps) and what happens is if the box takes any kind of damage, we would have wrappers (some chics that couldn't lift anything) come around and tape it like crazy.

Looks like your box took a fall and they stuffed it with peanuts and then taped it closed. Look for something on it that says repackaged.

Usually they put that.

That happened in shipping. NO way a retail store would accept that at the time of shipping. They would've told him to re-package it because it presents too much of a risk to them to accept that kind of packaging.

they dont rip open your box and say oh your packing job ****in sucks. the date on the camera is an invalid [point because this is a custom sub, not a sub you can just buy. but to comapre to Fi shipping, that really set me off, i received two BTLs recently, wooden crated. he had a peanut crate. there was no bottom support so sometime when someone lifted the box

the sub plunged to the bottom mishaping the box creating instability in the package. then it just got thrown around. but packaging job still not up to par.

In your pictures, your alluding the fact that the package came all taped up from being ripped like that.

I'm saying (if that's the case) there's NO WAY a store would accept that.

Right, so you see where I'm coming from. I think it's pretty clear that this happened during shipping.
