This is a rare car?

Well at the car lot we got this in the other day. 2001 2dr Impreza Cobb tuned #1001 2.5 Non turbo 5 speed. From what I understand this is a rare car. Can anyone comfirm? Its nothing wild....But its not a turd. I can't find any info about the Cobb Tuned options it came with. Has struts, adjustable shocks, cat back exhaust, cold air intake and possibly a cam.

Yeah I went there the other day. Couldn't find any info on the option code listed on the plate in the car. Im going to call them tomorrow. The worst thing about that car is the tint. Purple on one side and black/none on the other. Lovely.
