the worst part is that you say you preach all these things to your children, and yet, you yourself dont even understand the bible, or how it was written.

If you are going to pick and choose from the old testament (which is the only place in the bible that says anything about homosexuality), then you have to follow the entire old testament (once again, refer to my previous post).

Truth is, you have faith because you are weak minded, and scared. Scared that we really are all alone, that there is no "divine plan", and that the things that happen in your life are not controlled by anyone one or anything, just dumb luck (which, if you study history, is one of the main reasons every religion that we now consider ridiculous was created) This leads you to believe in a book written by man, not "god".

Anyone or anything that tells you to not use deductive reasoning, but instead to use faith (which, by the way, isnt a good thing... no matter how much you people glorify it) to believe something, is just praying on your dim wits, in order to have you conform to their agenda.

You can attack my belief in the Holy Bible as long as you wish. You are not going to shake my faith....try looking at it this way..the Old Testament teaches us where we come from, the New Testament teaches us how to act, and Revelations is the Lord revealing to us what to look for in the future....Many religious texts share the basic common beliefs of the Old Testament...those of us who Believe in Jesus Christ and his teachings of the New Testament can reflect upon the Old Testament and learn from our past, and do what is right and act right...if you do not believe in Heaven, then you cannot believe in Hell either..but my belief in The Word of God has me convinced that you will be judged by Jesus Christ and He will unlock the door He chooses for YOU.

I can say those words without conviction based on casual observation of our Federal Government, who allows those words to be printed on the dollar bill, yet refused to allow my child to recite the Lords prayer at her school.
