Honestly that's not even that much clipping. Drop a low pass filter at 60hz and you'll see the bass is fine. Once the song gets low passed there is no clipping for your amp, it's the mids and **** that clip but that just more or less comes out as being distortion

 
umm, even if it just your mids and highs it's still clipping. I got curious and ran a random track through to see if it was clean guess not.
I would argue that it's much less of a big deal if your mids and highs are clipping vs. your subs clipping...I mean I understand your point that clipping isn't good so it shouldn't be there in the first place but if there is going to be clipping I'd much rather it just be the mids..
