this box should work, shouldn't it ?

here are some layouts for my box

with only 2 1/2 inches of air-space until it reaches the spare tire well.

i was planning on putting my port dipping into the tire well.

i'm not sure how wel this will work, the box should have 3cu' if not more, as for port tuning i guess it'll be a trial/error type of thing. but should this box work ?

note :: the blue is fiber glass

It should work. Make sure you have adequate clearance behind the sub for the pole vent and at the end of the port (at least the diameter of the port, preferrably more) or it will act a bit strange.

ok, so porting... i was thinking like 30-34, shorter port lenth = lower hz right.
