I found this battery SS-24DP for the low low on the internet, checked out the specs it seems like it will be a decent 2nd battery for my car, should i try it, i can get it for $145 shipped?

I had that in mind too. (If that's what you meant)

I'm also looking into getting this. It's a toss up between this or an HC1400. Not quite sure yet.

I'm cheap too LOL.

But, I feel it's always better (for the long run) to spend the extra cash to get something more reliable/dependable than to risk something just for the sake of saving a few extra bucks.

I know there's a part in car audio that's about taking risks, which makes it fun. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

But, when you're in a little bind, I suggest looking ahead in the long run and going with something that is more known.

Just what I feel. I'm sure others feel different.

Super sport does not make batts. Theres only a handful of batt manufacturers in the world. So most likely you'll find that exact same batt with a different label being sold somewhere else.

When it comes to batts, theres not much to gain by going with an unknown brand.
