this amp for these 2 subs.

I'm moving my current amp to apply power to the 4 interior speakers instead of my subs. (It's four channels), I was wondering if this amp Eclipse XA1000, would be sufficient enough for my 2 x 10w0 rated at 125rms (4 ohm (Dual Coil) ) I think that's important, possibly. I can get the amp right now at circuit city for 150. I don't think that's to bad. I might be able to get it for cheaper due to knowing someone who works there. If not what would you suggest?
