Go to a GM dealership and get a 05 cavlier LS sport brand new off the lot you can get them for 11-12k or lower if you can talk good with the salesmen. Ecotec is a **** reliable engine (partialy forged bottom end, perfect for n2o/boost) and will withstand 600-700hp on stock bottom end.

Yea i really like the ***** am ws6, but it is very similar to my camaro and dont want to have the same problems. And i would prefer RWD but its not really a must

I second an integra gsr and also say maybe a 97+ prelude SH. See ya prolly won't like those idea seeing as you had a z28, however those are the exact reason why when I but my next car I may go honda //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif.... not talkin civic with graphics and 8" fart cannon. Clean GSR for around 6k leaves ya 2-3k Prelude would be about 7500.

Logic would tell you that its better then buying a 6-8 year old BMW or lexus for 12-14g+ with no warrenty and shit for aftermarket performance parts...

thats the most ignorant statement i've heard all day. I have an '88 Ford Taurus and have never had any major problems with it... yes it is 17 years old. It runs better than many newer cars i've driven in. But then again I take great care of my car.

Well lets see

1)costs more to fix and generaly lexus/bmw dealers are few and far between

2)insurance will **** you because of how much car is worth

3)bank wont give you any more then a 3 year loan on such an old vehical so your going to be paying 3-400/mo and when your done p aying it off its going to be a 10-12yr old car.

Is the LS1 a good engine...i know it makes alot of power but does it last?
