right now, SUV value has dropped astronomically and cars that get good MPG are holding their value too well. You wont save much money by spending more for a small car that gets better MPG (like accord, nissan, jetta TDI, hybrids, etc) It would take you several years of ownership and several thousand miles in such a car, before the extra cost of the car is justified. What i mean is, if you buy a big *** tahoe right now for $5-$10k, you will end up paying the same (in the long run) as you would have if you bought a more efficient compact carfor $10-20k

SO its up to you. Want a sporty car? Do it big, like Benz, BMW, Lexus IS300, etc

Personally, I can't stand small cars anymore so ill always ride big SUVs and trucks, its all dependent on your style

Whatever you do, dont take MPG into account cause it doesnt mean shit right now

Yeah.. But going with BMW etc. costs WAY more.

Cost of

-insurance

-parts

well thats an eye opener. i have a theory that our gas will go down once someone new gets in office/president. so hopefully my theory stands strong

I just don't get how Armstrong is getting 26mpg out of his GTO. My good friend has one that he only drives once in awhile and gets nothing close to that, granted how is a showofff with it, but come on.

I barely even get that in my ST Focus, which is a 150hp 4 BANGER off the lot.

I am pushing 200hp now and gas is a little worst, but I am more 20 -24 now, when I was 24-28.
