thinking about changin vehicles, need input!!!

ive had a Jeep Grand Cherokee, slow as balls, horrible on gas, etc....the SRT8 is another question but if your getting like 10 MPG you know how that goes....was looking at G35s and 350z for like 25k with around 30k miles on them....

they dont get amazing gas mileage either so i just went with the GTO....

Since you said Pontiac, I would say GTO, they re really nice..

they got a combination of luxury and sporty.. which I like..

But if it was all up to me, I d get 350Z or a Mustang GT (Hey I m biased since I am a ford guy //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif )

I saw a 350z lowered with rims yesterday on a road near my home.. I was like *drool* lol..

so do you have a gto? if so what kind of gas do you get with it and how much did you pay for it. im highly considering one now after looking at them for a couple days, but was worried about the gas mileage on it.

cruising in 4th doing 40 or 6th doing 60 i get like 26mpg

on a full tank, on average ill get like 22mpg which includes a little showing off which gets you about -10 mpg

really? the gto, that good. on alot of consumer reports they have stated that they see around 18 mpg. that definately makes the decision a little easier. how is the trunk space? decent size for maybe a 15" single sub setup? also how is the rear seat room? and do the seats fold down? and i have heard that the clutch tends to wear quickly and the shifting isnt that smooth. any input on that?

2006 Nissan Maxima........ its got plenty of room, gets 30MPG, big enough for a decent system + family needs.

My first thought also....

Plus a smooth ride with good accel, speed and power. Handles well also and does have a more luxurious feel than many cars in it's class.

g6 blows i had one as a rent a car. Handling sucked on it. Grand prix is ok but im not the biggest fan of them. GTO on the other hand is pretty sick

was it the gt, keep in mind ive never been in a base model or the gxp but I know they charged my mom extra because they said the gt was a more sportier package.

The gto just isnt what a sports car should look like in my mind, sweet sounding exhaust and motor but the looks are just not sportie to me, and I heard the gas tank divided the trunk from the cabin. Dont know if its true or not, dont think people would want to hear gas sloshing around all the time but you would be suprised at what good insulation would do, anyway that would put a BIG hamper on your sound system if it were true so you might want to check on that first

yeah ive been looking at some pics and i believe thats true. but i could just run a single sub setup, maybe a 12 and then a nice advanced front stage

i was just escorted home by police due to reckless driving in my grand cherokee.

theres was a neon srt next to us at a light, its ****ing humid as **** right now, and so it got the best of me, and i floored it, and did a burnout through three gears leaving rubber trail for around 50 feet and got pulled over.

so yeah

grand cherokees are badass.

That's why I liked them. It's not the 94-96, but I took one to Ohio and I loved it. I had the LT though. Good power and decent on gas. Can't say how the 8 will do you though on gas. I believe they have that shit where it can go down to 6 or something like that. Big *** trunk for your system too. ANd the factory radio was XM ready and had an mp3 player. Yeah you would swap it out, but you could ride it like that for a while too.
