Think my amp went...?

Actually there looks to be some dark dust or burns by Q312 Q313 and R342 in the middle of the amp. Uploading pics now. Any experts or knowledgable people know what this means or what I can do??

The BLUE circled part is where the dark dust/burn marks are located. I read Q312, Q313, and R342 so far.

D*mn, No I didn't check those. Just the power, ground, RCAs and r.e.m. I hooked up 2 different subwoofers and no sound or movement was present. I'm not about to hook the amp up to find out though. What would be the reason of finding out if there was or wasn't any AC voltage coming out? Sorry for the cr*ppy pics, but the circled area is the only part of the amp that looks burnt or not proper.

Jninn - Do you know how much Db-R normally charges? I only paid $113 shipped for the amp on ebay, I'm trying to figure out if it's even worth fixing.

Turns out that was just dirt from the fan. So forget the pics with the blue circles.

It's killing me that I can't figure this out. I need closure lol. It turns on, fuses are good, RCAs are good, power and grounds are fine, and it hasn't gone into protect mode. I don't want to junk an amp that still turns on lol. Any other ideas would be appreciated.
