Wiring is the Devil.
I've corrected far too many homemade spaghetti dishes in more car's than I care to admit.
Made a few of them in my early days too.
Thus, I still hate wiring; but am obsessively paranoid in neatly organizing wires to everything within my system, and cars as a whole.
Also learned real fast a few years back that before painting a vehicle, that the floor also needs to be completely wet too!
My resulting paint job at the time was a real display of colored dust and debris.
Took me the better part of a day to sand everything down, re-prep, and finally shoot paint again, this time with a very wet and clean floor. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
Sad part is, the paint I was using was $123.00 a pint.
Lesson learned!
Learned quite a while ago that when working on cars, dirt, grease, and road grime, cause problems, make simple repairs take forever, and can cause injury in the blink of an eye.
I got tired of it and spent a week cleaning every square inch on my car to satisfaction. It made things a lot easier, plus, it was also more cosmetically appealing.
I'm likely considered obsessive compulsive with my cars and their cleanliness anymore. Everything from the engine, to the inside, to the exterior, is typically highly detailed.
I'm sure that a few people who have seen my cars in person can quickly attest to this! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
