and im not talkn about some new sandwich from Arby's. Allright people, post up your single sub SPL based setups....info on your equipment would be nice, followed by a photograph or two and maybe plans for this season.

There are quite a few talented people on this fourm that get retardedly high numbers just using one sub. Here is mine, allthough now im changing to a dual DD 9918 wall....but I think I did pretty well last season for one sub, so here is another shot of it.

Never got it metered but I'd compare it to my old Dual IA LI 12" setup I had in my old car. Loudest any of my friends had ever heard, which isn't saying much.

with the equipment in my sig i did 139.7 db on TL @ 45 hz. a/c in my car was messed up at the time so it was 100+ degrees in my car so if i had it working woulda been cooler inside meaning probly 140 or so. plans are to finish the wall on my trunk because its not sealed off yet ( have sub firing into cabin), dampen mat the whole car, get a different amp and mod it, get it set up to control from outside the car (my car is going to be strictly spl in about 4 months or so), and tune my port to 66-70 hz (removable port)

The best I've done and that was a couple of years go...was a 150.6 with a single DD 9515 on a D3....single battery.....decent number for 2005 .....I only compete in Street Beat now...I don't do SPL anymore....
