still looks good! got everything oderd for my next build... think i have a decent design drawn up. itll be a wall cuz i cant get 12 cubes below the window line... oh well.. btw. where do you get that supplies to resein or whatever your box? i have seen plenty of people do it. never did it cuz 1. dont know what i need and 2. dont know where to get it and 3. not even sure if it even makes a big difference.(im assuming it does though other wise it wouldnt be used)

Cool cool. Id suggest Home Depot. Grab a gallon of resin, mat, a handful of their cheap 2" brushes, some rubber gloves, maybe a mask...and go to town.

I'd suggest US Composites for fiberglassing materials, superior quality than the shit they have at HD... and more variety for specific applications.

Usually a little cheaper too...

Yep, if I were doing real fiberglass I would have...but this is just coating the inside of an enclosure and I have home depot gift certs right now for doing some work for McDonalds (making an organizer for an office for them)...so the resin and supplies are free //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif can't really argue with that

The bondo stuff is too thick though, makes it kind of annoying to soak through your mat if you layer it

ive gotten the purple resin from a local boat shop before, thats really good stuff, fairly thin and very easy to work with.

the reason the bondo stuff is so thick is because there is some kind of wax in it, and thats why it looks so shiny when it cures.

A bit of sanding..

After some half-a$$ sanding I layed on another thick layer of resin to smooth things out..

Layed more resin and mat on the corner areas..

Pretty smoothed out on the 'mouth' area..
