The Right Tuning Frequency

Hi

1. I have read abit in the parked threads but is there by any chance a step by step guide on choosing the right tuning frequency for a ported and bandpass enclosures? Basically looking for Sound Quality Loud.

2. The bandwith that gives SQL is between 30-35 Hz. How does the resonant frequency (Fs) of the sub influence the tuning frequency chosen?

I understand the resonant frequency of the car's cabin is where peak SPL will be reached. So tuning below the cars Fs may lower SPL but SQ will/should improve?

I assume some of these questions are answered in some threads, but searching gives too many results. So if there is a specific thread other than the parked ones pls past a URL.

30-35 is fine for daily. 28hz is for *** machines though.
