Bumping in residential areas is asinine and immature.

but we make the city ordinances...we are in the clear for some time to come with the influence i have at city hall.

when im driving ill have it up i turn it down in neighborhoods and at stoplights unless there is some kid that has his "blasting" at a light then ill usually turn mine up to show him his sucks
