Door being wrapped. The top still needs to be finished, thats why you see the ripple. Entire door is super tight and seamless. A vinyled tweeter pod goes on top, with 3 tweeters in it. The doors were carpeted and then vinyled over that, to make it a soft feeling vinyl.

You putting window switches in the pannel or re-locating to the console somewhere?

if you can i would get a second hc16v to replace your stock batt with..

1 hc16v handling all the step down probably won't last very long..... i know it didn't in my explorer... although i didn't have an additional 12v battery either.

The 12v drops way low with the HC16v. Like my car almost starts bucking because its about to shut off it drops so low. Im just getting a 12v alt when I can.

As for windows, they are crank windows, and still gotta cut the vinyl to get the hole so the window crank, handle, and lock come through. I would do power windows, but they would break.

you go to any local events like pnrs and what not? i want to hear this.. every one i have talked to about it from tr (Ian(irupp33) chris(NT_hardcore)) say its loud as ****..

I went to a PnR show once, but I didnt have any batteries in. NT has heard it? I didnt think I had ever met him before.

with a setup that big its not a bad idea.

out of curiosity how low?

i know mine sat at 11.5 when i had the one hooked up to 12v

now that i have all 5 hooked up to 12v its closer to 12.3-12.4

Its all messed up, the batteries are sitting very low. They need a real good charge.
