I don't wanna be an Aussie I simply wanna be with one. I am inordinately proud of being an American (yes, there are still those of us in existence) and have no plans of renouncing my US citizenship or applying for citizenship elsewhere.

AllStar's answer is a good summary, to tell the truth. I am married to an Australian woman who I met through Yahoo! Chat some years ago now. There wasn't a specific thread about it though I did make a thread towards the end of last year while I was in Australia (our wedding was October, '05) discussing the pricing differences in audio gear between the US and Oz. I am currently here in Louisiana awaiting my application for a spousal visa to be processed and (hopefully) approved by their Dept Of Immigration {DOING IT THE LEGAL WAY, BISHES!!!!!} so that I can move there permanently and be a legal resident alien. If you want further details, though I cannot see why anyone would, get on AIM or MSN or Yahoo! or something.
