cuz type r's are ok sealed but shine ported. and 2 12 sealed Ss would be nice for wha he is looking for. u could do the single 12R ported in the space u have, but u are lookin for sealed and go wit the Ss

I'm sorry, but why are you not considering a sealed Type R? Please tell me what that gentleman above (the "installer") didn't cause you to make this decision...

why wouldnt he make this choice, what do you have against me you hater. you sound like a girl on PMS or some B.S. always hating because nobody wants what you suggest, instead of taking advise from someone who has experienced the sub and is trying to help out someone who actually needs advice, and by the way several guys on here have said the exact same thing about the S's, and he wants a SEALED sub, not ported.

if you did the 3.5 box and your friends did the 2.4 as we have been talking about, your system would have more of a ballsy sound than the 2.4, while sounding better and out hitting him in every way

I was just stating my opinion. I would downright take an R over the S, but that's just my opinion. Unlike forcing my opinion on somebody else, I say it and let it stand. That is all.

If you want to go sealed.... one RE SE 12 would work great here. Much better sealed woof than both the others.

The S's will have no low end sealed... nor will the type R.

Go with one R 12 in a ported box... best performance in your application.

It's not a 12, but I have an SE 15 in a sealed box. It is quite nice. *thumbs up*

I THINK 200 shipped. I know the SE 15 was 200 bucks + 20 shipping... and I'm pretty sure the SE 12 was 180 + 20 bucks shipping. I'm not entirely sure...
