What caused the fire? Jet fuel.....guess what, we know how hot that burns....so yeah, we can make those claims.
Under what conditions! You cant say "jetfuel burns at x degrees period". Depending on the amound of oxygen the fire gets, that fire could burn at MUCH higher temperatures. Same principal as the old time blacksmiths, they didnt say "****, our coal only burns a x degrees so we cant melt this iron...

no!

They say "lets billow in some oxygen and it will burn at a much higher temperature!"

yes, yes you can..we know the max burning temp when when steadily fed...its called the periodic table...scientific fact.

Did you see raging flames like that of other buildings that have burned at much hotter temperatures? Did you? Didya? NO. NO YOU DID NOT. You know why? because the flames WERENT hot enough.

We've shown you pictures of white hot flames in buildings, and the steel didn't melt...yet you completely disregard that and say "oh well jetfuel burns hotter than whitehot flames at over 1800degrees.." Those buildings didnt even fall, yet the WTC did... 2+2=4.

That post made zero sense.. what does "steadily fed" mean? Sounds pretty variable to me... And whats this stuff about the periodic table?? Ahh yes, 3rd row 5th column, under JF (jet fuel) "burns no hotter than x degree" //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

What I bet he was trying to say is that Iron (Fe on the PT, for those of you keeping score at home) has a higher melting point than burning jet fuel could have reached on its own considering the altitutude, temperature, etc...

This is why you are ignorant....jet fuel=kerosene(sp)...see if that one is on the periodic table

steadily fed means the optimum conditions for the fire=ie- the most oxygen that could be fed to it. So no, it isnt pretty variable.
