Yeah its pretty loud for 1 15". I'd say for a trunk, my vehical gets pretty loud. It shakes the neighbors windows pretty bad that lives four houses down.

turn it around and seal around the whole thing with blankets and see how it is. blankets so u know its only temporary

I've turned old setups around, but never sealed like how you said to. With them turned around it didn't sound as loud to the ear, but on the mic I don't know. I'm thinking about getting one of those $150 meters, just so I can mess with doing what makes the score higher and lower.

mine gets alot louder with it sealed off, i dunno about facing back though, forward is the only way i got it to fit
