lmao at 175,000. illinois must be cheap real estate. with 3000 a square feet, a custom deck, 4 bedroom, 4 bath, 2 vanity areas, full hardwood and tile floors, marble counter tops, stained front door and kitchen, 1 acre backing a golf course and upstairs bonus room......... 290,000
You guys got a good deal on that house then for 290k given Orlando's decent Real Estate market. Down here in Fort Myers that much sqft on a golf course would run you $450k-$500k or in Naples $600k - $700 k. Good Stuff!

this is in mississippi, sorry if i mis-worded it. its a GROWING town. every month a new major business opens it seems. not to mention university of southern mississippi is 3 miles down the road.
looks identical to mine. except we're on 2acres.

what im lookin at as well.....1-2 year range. more than likely just one year. the single bay IS my shop : )
thats cool, yeah we're building a shop out back that holds two cars in a bay. we'er doing dealership work installing sunroofs, ect.ect. get 2 guys to work long hrs. 4 cars, 995ea for a car 1195 for suv. thats a good 4-5k a day. then have a couple short days. 2 cars. still 2k. a week that around 20k wk. between 2 guys working hard for their money. 10k a week. potential for the business to gross half a mil a year. it can be done, it's being done right now everywhere retail and wholesale. some companies i know of gross 1mil a yr in just sunroofs and thats it.
we already have a dealership lined up, (dad's ol friend.)
also, its not only sunroofs. alot of 12v accessories.

Its a nice house. Here in ohio it would only be about 190,000. I love the cost of living here.

if u know someone with a mustang, once i get this done i will have boxes for the 05's ready in no time........only if more owners like audio like me. thats my car so it was the first mold.

anywhere from 350-700 700 is almost duplex pricing,. very good apt about 500-550
