im unemployed atm. my father works for the goverment. manager of the local social security office. yup. aaaaaand my mom works selling small insurance claims. the house is bad ***, we love it. only way we went this big on it is big property gain in orlando. this house would prolly sell close to 500k where we lived. upstairs bonus room, three car garage, 4 bed 3.5 bath....yah its nice. my dad busts his *** to do this type of stuff.

its not complete. the driveway isnt even poured (hence the clay mound) and also there will be a circle drive poured with brick steps fan spread from the porch down to it.

290,***.** its on an acre lot, beside a golf course, custom deck, custom garage, custom gameroom, custom closets, we got the basic idea where the layout would be, added the single bay garage on, stretched it 5 feet deep *the whole house* added vanity areas for my brother and i's room. one for each. added a fireplace, and circle drive. pretty much EVERYTHING changed after the general plan was made.
