it doesn't have to be big for a price like that in ca. it's fockin' insane if you ask me i was offered a job to work in ca. through my company they offered close to 100k a year but christ that's dam near poverty level out there so i'll stay in pa.

**** thats nice! My parents house is close to 3,000 sq ft.....6 bedroom, 3 bathroom, two kitchens, two living rooms, and only cost my dad about $100,000. I can't even imagine what it would cost in cali compared to mn.

only way we went this big on it is big property gain in orlando. this house would prolly sell close to 500k where we lived.

make sure the builder primes your house,your looks like it might be.

I havent seen a builder prime a peice of wood in memphis in 10 years -

yes, its primer. they primed it, will touch the primer up, then surface coat it, i guess is whats its called.
