Not to bad for being a low low budget system, I have seen worse.

I would spend less money on the head unit and buy something else for the sub...

Also, I wouldn't buy those speakers. Get a decent set for the front, buy a 4-channel amp instead and bridge the subwoofer off the rear channels.

I hope you like bass that sounds like fart -- 'cause that's all you're gonna get with that blinged-out bandpass Jensen setup.

What's your "budget"?

Why don't you spend less on a HU (one that doesn't necessary have all the T/A, phase, and crossover settings that the 9853 has since you're not going to be using any of it), strong 4-channel amp, run a set of components up front, bridge the rear to a sub in a properly built box, and for Christ's sake...
