what threw me off was that the protect light came on... but i guess it was caused from the subs coils shorting out...

and i was working 60/hr night shift weeks then and i didn't have much time to work on my truck until christmas...

now try the SX.. lol

i've had a pair of 12s before... that's one in my avatar actually... i traded them a long time ago though...

eh, they were set pretty conservatively... but they were definitely abused... and new RE subs are definitely built cheaper than what they used to be...

that's the only pic i have of them... i loved that setup... the TTB box sounded great... when i swapped out the memphis amps for my autotek mm3000.1 i got a 154.4 on the a/c... i traded them for a 18in MT though...

well for those watching i got them all glued up last week...

old 10w6s are perfect weights until the epoxy dries...

oops... i didn't line that up as well as i could have... but the epoxy cures within a couple minutes and i didn't have any extra //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif not a big deal though, the tinsels are plenty long enough...

i had a little bit of trouble soldering the leads since i didn't have any flux but i got r dun...

one issue i have is that teampsi didn't include the voice coil caps to install inverted dustcaps with my recone kits. my question is, do you need them? or is the inverted dustcap not rigid enough for all the back pressure created through the pole vent??
