I usually feel the same way about situations like these. I think it all started with the Mcdonalds coffee lady. Everybody sues at every chance they think they can make a quick buck. However in this particular situation I do feel (if his claim is legit) that he should be compensated somehow for this disgusting event. Maybe not to the tune of $25 mil for " pain and suffering" but I do think there should be some repercussions.

True. I also believe the coffee lady was the pinnacle turning point for this shit as well. That bish needs a good noodle lashing.
