Ok, so just the other day I went to install some rear speakers in my car that I had a bought off a member a long time ago. Probably close to a year ago. So I finish installing them and start listening to them, check everything to make sure it's ok. In the front I have a kicker component set and in one side of the door I have an Infinity Kappa which is blown, I cut the wire and it hasn't been hooked up for a while. So I'm checking to make sure everything is playing right by fading to the front left, rear left, etc. Then I fade to one side and it sounds like a speaker is blown. I check it out and it's the Infinity Kappa in the door which is not even hooked up. So I double check to make sure the wires I have run are to the right speakers and sure enough, there is no wire going to the speaker in the door. I turn the system on again and the Infinity speaker is not playing. So this happened a few days ago, then today when I'm driving to work the bastard starts playing again, except this time it's not blown, but on the way home it sounded blown. There is no way this speaker is getting power, unless some magical way the speaker in the kickpanel which is about 6" from it is sending it some it power in some freak sorta way. So I guess I'll be taking that bastard out tomorrow and throwing it in the garbage.
