No noob...there are actually snail shell enclosures...tho I haven't seen one in years

Guys, if you dont know the word snailshell, dont comment - simple. Kanga was right.

Basically a scoop/rear loading horn. The P4S stuff was way back when.

The video posted for the hybrid is a tapered tline if I remember, nothing like the horn.

Did the OP ever say where he saw the video or a picture? I don't know where or when, but I posted a video or pictures of a Tapped TL for a pair of DDW6.5's made for a CRX, relatively flat from 38-75Hz at the headrest. If that was not it, he could have seen an application with a W6.5 loaded in a RLH? If he said where he saw it and it's neither of those.......my bad. I've definitely built a bunch of setups with W6.5's, from Tapped TLs to TTLs to Bass Reflex to 8th order bandpass to RLHs.
