Our flat coils produce very little eddie current in our motors.

Can you describe the physical principal behind that?

Plus we have a couple things we do that we keep to ourselves.

Those test results are kinda confusing. Only cause I don't know much technical stuff on it.

So is the Sonance one of the lower scorers or the most efficient?

Lower the better on the efficency chart I believe.

I know a lot of subs will do better in the smaller boxes but the big boys liked the air space, some of the other subs for example the Z15 did way better in the 2.5 and 3.5

Especially when u are getting over 140dbs, 5dbs is a lot. 145 is nothing compared to a 150 to ear at least, and the abuse that you're vehicle is gonna take.

I believe so, i think this was just the first round of testing with these subs at least.

With the addition of the new woofers coming in, there is still alot of testing to come. Thats what it seems like at least.

+10 dB is perceived as twice as loud, as a rule of thumb.
