the mayans calenders were so precise that they could predict lunar eclipses thousands of years into the future, and the calender ends on a specific date which happens to be dec. 21, 2012. That just puts into perspective how accurate they were.

basically the mayans had an end date for the world on 2012 due to the sunspot cycle theory, and we are in a sunspot cycle now believe it or not and what makes you believe it couldn't happen again? Scientists say it happened many times before so to me the possibility is very real.
I will say this again, just go look up how smart the mayans were at figuring stuff out in there day, they were very smart people.
