For me I want deep extended bass but if the mirrors shake or drown out the mids and highs then it's too loud. Most of my friends like it or are scared of it, but regardless I am known as the stereo guy. I dont usually turn it up while people are in the car though because we are talking. If I do turn it up they complain that it hurts their ears, which I understand. The gf likes it though, she yells at me for not turning it up all the way.
