Featured The Equinox that Rocks?

Does anyone have any ideas they can share? I want to float my AC DSP above the left side of my amplifier. I don't care if the item(s) used to support the DSP are visible but they do have to keep the DSP at max 3 feet from the RCA terminals of the amp. I have 3 feet long RCA cables + however long the pigtails are for the RCA's on the amp. I don't have any way to work wood. Basically drill and screws or nuts and bolts. The only thing that pops in my head are like flower pot hangers.

Getting a feel for these under powered shallow earthquake subs. I am running them off the factory amplifier/head unit... greatly under powered and I am gonna for sure have to go nuts putting anti-rattle stuff on these door panels. I think these are going to do great from 60 - 200hz as they are not liking the higher bass stuff. Still going to cross them over from 80 - 400hz and sound deaden the hell out of the door cards/panels.
I've found jamming foam or polyfil batting in between the door and door card can be effective at controlling rattles.

threaded rod maybe through that piece the amp is on? you might have to use a second piece of wood if the dsp is narrower than the amp. use t nuts to hold the rod to the bottom piece.

I have been looking at it today and trying to brainstorm. The DSP has Bluetooth so I can stream from my music player. So I want to have the module high enough for a clear line of site. I could span a board all the way across as well. This would make room for the cap bank, the DSP and the distribution block.

The DSP is more narrow. Time to go shopping.

Got both pillars wire prepped and installed. Some minor tweaks before I run the speaker wires from the back up to the pillars. Broke two push in retainers that need replaced. I still have the factory tweeters wired from the factory amp behind each pod... hopefully I can still hear phone calls lol.

I went to ACE Hardware again and got some longer screws for the amplifier since I am using 1/2" spacers under it to allow for airflow to the fans. I could only find the length I needed in a polished metal screw but then I also got the same type of screws in black for the DSP, JP630 Cap Bank and the SMD distribution block. From there I went to LOWE'S and bought a board the same as I bought to mount the amp too. 3/4"x12"x36". Cheap, $8. What I am going to do is get brackets and suspend the board above the amp board between the two panels. I am going to recover the amp board in black cloth and cover the top board to match. I will install the Distro block, Cap Bank then the DSP. This will keep the DSP up high for less Bluetooth obstructions.
