Got the baffle exactly how we need it to be with perfect fitment (at least we think so). Baffle will be 5 sheets thick or 3.75"

You'll notice that there is a small stagger in between the top and bottom subs. We made the decision to do it this way to maximize our port area and to shrink the baffle.

Now to see if the monster *** motor will fit in between the baffle and port. Tight fit, but looks like it'll work perfectly.

you cross the gain of the wood on the baffles? i've always done it. its said to be stronger..

A lot of glass, filler, and prep work with a nice paint job. Follow the log for a little bit and you'll see what we have planned.
