Testing Resistance On Ground Locations

You can't really measure the 'quality' of a ground location unless you are drawing a good amount of current through it. For instance you can have a tiny wire and the resistance would be very low, but run some current through it and it would heat up and show a much higher resistance.

Best way is to run a test tone and compare the voltage at the battery to the voltage at your amp. The voltage drop should be minimal if you have a good ground.
