testing impedence rise?

Ok i want to check my impedence rise on my hdc3 15 on my sundown saz-1500d. Do i just load a sine wave and check it at the amp playing? also the lower the frequency usually the higher the imp rise correct? since my box is tuned to 34hz i will play a 34hz tone but at what level should the tone be to get as close to music as possible? -6db?
