terrible professional install follow-up

The car has never sounded like it is running the equipment that it is from the start.

The leftside tweeter worked, right side didnt work, no tweeter sound.

Took it back to see what was up......

Turns out the GLUE they used to keep the tweeter in the factory dash location wore off and the tweeter fell down in the dash. They fixed it.

Gave the car back to me, now the left-side doesn't work. Turned around took it back. They come back to me with a previously working tweeter blown, Visibly damaged.

They claim that they don't know how it blew and did not claim any responsibility.

They put everything back together and now the right side screams, sounds better than it ever has, actually pleased with how it sounds minus the fact i have no front left tweet.

What is the best course of action to take given this garbage situation?

it sounds like a horror story! I can see how this is discouraging in continueing with car audio and I am sorry. . . . you had a bad install. . no a TERRIBLE install and i see how frustrating it can be . . . shoot I KNOW how frustrating it can be, been there.. . . Learned a lot off sounddomain.com and caraudioforum.com, a great resource is caraudiojunkyard.com, diymoblileaudio.com, elitecaraudio.com. . . . . . ect. Then I came here like most ppl already knowing the basic. Noobs on this forum need to be thick skinned to learn here . . .
