True that. Flex-o-prene is the one exception I have found. I use it on all my welding equipment. Heavy as hell to carry up staging though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

yeah, the shit's heavy as fawk //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

but it's the best i've found as far as welding cable (and i get it for teh low //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif)

where do you get ones like that i always go to an elecrician store and buy 3/0 aluminum set screw style battery or bolt terminals. i dont like the fact that they have .01mohm resistance on them, (surface area i think makes up for it though)

i dont remember what the measure of resistance was be we learned in ele. eng. a peice of copper and a peice of aluminum the same size hand a great verying resistance the copper=4.5 and the aluminum=17.8.

personally, i get them from my dad. he gets them from work. where they get them... IDK.

but i bet you could find them (or similar) at a welding supply store. they aren't called "terminals" they are "welding lugs"

oh, and these go up to 4/0

i'm looking right now //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

like i said, i don't buy them online so IDK if you can get them online. but i'll see what i can find

I have bought those types of copper connectors at Home Depot before. They are taxing as hell though. IIRC they were like $5 for a two pack of 2 awg sized ones.
