does antbody have 1 of these (had any troubles getting it going)

i install my sowftware into pc today plug the meter in like the book said but no reading.the pc noes the meter is hokked up .

They work fantastically.

I noticed absolutely NO difference between my .net meter and my usb system. They are dead on....

I did have some issues with it when running windows 98 though. I switched it to a win2k system and it works flawlessly now. What OS are you using?

Never heard any issues with XP at all.

Your best bet is to just call Wayne directly. Thats some of the best customer service you'll ever get

If you have AIM or something, catch me some time when I'm on and I'll see if I can help you out with it. I've seen just about all the problems you can (had major issues with 98).

Could be a lot of things. Likely a conflict with another device on your system. If you have other USB devices installed , unplug all of them and try to install the Term Lab by itself. Then, later add the other device(s).

yea go to ur hardware manager and see if there are any irq conflicts...
