OK so I think I'm going with the idea of 4 10s or 12s inverted in the extended cab of my truck. Will be ran with 2 power bass xta 5000s. So out of these brands named which has some beefy 10" or 12" subs that would look good?

Sounds like my build. 4 CT Sounds Meso 12s on 2 Powerbass xta5000s in my extended cab sonoma. 2 are mounted normally and 2 are inverted.

Is it just me or is there a lot of hate for kenwood for some reason. I really liked my old kenwood deck, it was way easier to navigate than my friends pioneer. I also really like my kenwood amp, its been really solid

They just don't have anything over entry level equipment.

All your #1 's are the same subs minus some of the brands having certain models. AA and FI do a lot together, ssa woofers are FI WOOFERS

Sorry, but still not the same. Sharing a few parts, many openly available still doesn't mean the same sub. Just stating facts, been repeating this same thing since 2007 for a reason.

My recommendation goes to SSA or anything else built by Fi, the build quality is a lot better than anything else I've personally used. You have to wait on build time - but Aaron's customer service is great and you get something made in the USA with quite a few American components rather than something thrown together by a 12 year old in china.

DSS. Have 2 buddies running 2 ethos 15's on ab1100.1's with no issues. I've tested a pair on my powerbass xta5000.1

He said 2k each and look good inverted. That's why there's no love for them.

oh this is an on paper comparison. i have put 2k on all of these subs without issues. the only one that doesnt look good inverted is the kicker L7
