I just picked up a set of front stage comps and I am looking for an amp that will run them at 60-75w rms now and eventually a sub at 300-350w rms (will most likely be an Infinity Kappa Perfect 10). Any good suggestions or at least some specs I should be looking for?

You might want to look for a quality old school Infinity amp to drive the system

I looked up the specs for this amp and here is what I got:

RMS @ 4 Ohm 90 Watts x 4

RMS @ 2 Ohm 150 Watts x 4

RMS @ 4 Ohm Mono 300 Watts x 2

Maybe this question is in the wrong section but how would this be wired up? My thinking is my comps are at 4 ohms so run them off of the front channels and then a 2ohm DVC or 4ohm SVC sub off the rear channels bridged. Is this right or wrong?

Look for a 3ch amp and forget about those RMS numbers for your speakers or any speaker.

The JL XD 500/3 or Arc XDi803 look very slick and are well made products. If you're concerned with running your rear speakers, hook those up in parallel and toss a sand resistor on them. Figure on spending $350ish on a good amp to power a whole system.
