Tell me if i need a Pro Line Driver?

Ok i got a Kenwood Cd player that onyl puts out 2v preouts.. i got 4 12" brutus 12's with a cadence zrs-10 amp.. 1/0 wire with kinetik 2400 in back.. i have to turn my bass up to +8 on the cd player and bass boost on the cd player plus the gain and sub gain all the way up to get the subs to bang... alot of guys said get a proline driver and put it at like 6volts and then i dont have to turn the gain and everything up so high and it will get louder? is that true? thanks tim

Yes u need a line driver. It will cut out any noise your having and give u more head room on ur amps. You can get a Phoenix Gold 8v on ebay for $35. And it will be alot louder.
